The geographical focus of the activity is in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

The core competencies lie in the residential and commercial real estate segment, tourist real estate and the automotive sector (car dealerships).

 

In the real estate sector, the entire value chain can be managed in-house – from property development through readiness for construction and construction to subsequent operational management (including tourism). Exits can be handled by the internal sales team.

 

Investment opportunities are reviewed individually; the investment style can be described as opportunistic.

We deliberately do not have a narrow search profile, as investment opportunities are often examined on an individual basis.

 

We are happy to review inquiries for potential joint ventures in the role of restructuring/turnaround manager, deal sourcer, joint project development within the framework of option agreements or as an expert for investments in distressed commitments in the DACH region.
