SILEO stands for a new start.

A changing market environment requires rapid adaptability with innovative solutions.

We specialize in dealing with investment opportunities in special situations.

These include distressed companies and
Real estate (project developments) in
German-speaking countries, as well as companies without clear succession plans.

As an independent investor (private equity / private debt), we primarily operate independently, but are open to cooperation with (co-)investors and joint venture partners.

For selected investments in special situations, we also undertake investment and restructuring management tasks.

In cooperation with banks/investors, we also act as mediators for non-performing loan commitments, accompany them as “troubleshooters” and, if necessary, take over the loans as investors.

The key to our success is our entrepreneurial, hands-on approach through participation in operational turnaround management.

We see restructuring as a holistic approach combining theoretical and practical solution models.

Based on many years of management experience and relevant knowledge at the operational and administrative level, particularly in public administration, we, as active investment designers, are able to successfully implement restructuring measures through strategic decision-making and to offer companies a realignment as a future perspective.
